The rooms were on the smaller side due to the large air conditioning unit at the rooftop, but the service was exceptional with very helpful and kind staff. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though a little on the small side, were nice and clean. Unfortunately, they were super noisy due to the hotel's location above some busy restaurants, resulting in constant loud chatter until late at night and early morning noise from trash trucks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the Trevi fountain, with many attractions and good restaurants nearby. The room was nice and clean, but we had to pay extra for a less stained room. The service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff, although the coffee was disappointing.
